Why is the software not loading on my PC?

There could be a couple of reasons for this.  First, please check to make sure the disc is not scratched or dirty. Wipe with soft lint free cloth if dirty.

Your computer may have administrative restrictions or security programs that are preventing the software from loading.  If you believe this could be the case, consult your IT personnel if you are installing the software on a corporate or work-owned computer.  If you are installing on a personal computer, try disabling any security programs you may have running, and try to install Past Track again.

If disc is scratched or damaged, you can download our Past Track v8.2.0.0.  Please note that this is a semi-full version and does not include digital low-level mapping.  You can use Google Earth as your mapping engine until the new disc arrives.
