I am a criminal justice undergrad at the University of Phoenix. I think that GPS tracking should be limited to warranted situations in certain areas. I think that in the local level and state level, they should be required to have a warrant for cars, cellphones, and other individual possessions. I do not think that the federal levels of government should be required to have warrants. The federal levels are under oath to protect and serve the entire United States. Their responsibility is to us as the general public of this country. Once certain matters are given a high enough status to be transferred to the federal levels, there is a substantial amount of evidence to support probable cause and omit the necessary issuing of a warrant. I am against the violation of my Constitutional Rights, but for the protection of the general public. I would sacrifice my rights in a "hear beat" if it was for the protection of the entire public. I think that is how it should be for every American Citizen (even the criminals).

Heritage Square Family Entertainment Village in Golden, CO took a different approach and succeeded wildly with Saturday's Easter Celebration.

With a strolling Easter Bunny distributing eggs, and a solar powered Bubble Tower blasting humongous bubbles in all directions, and even a stilt walking party, there was entertainment for all ages, and no one felt left out. Report and photos here: stiltwalker.com/v65u
