I set speed and boundary limits for my Victoria Tracking System, but I don’t think I’m getting all the alerts. Sometimes they’re incredibly delayed. What’s wrong?

The issue probably lies with your wireless carrier. They don’t guarantee delivery of text messages. Check the following: When you set your speed or zone alert under “Alert System,” make sure you check the “SMS” box. Or the text or email might have been intercepted as spam or junk.
