Victoria GPS Tracking System

Today, I logged in at www.landairsea.com to follow my vehicle and it’s in the exact, same spot since yesterday. I know it was moved. What’s wrong?

The Victoria Tracking System is not updating its location. Either the device has dead batteries, it’s in a wireless dead zone or it doesn’t have a clear enough shot at the sky.
