LandAirSea Month to month Data Plan
The LandAirSea will provide continuous updates when the data plan is active. Customers have the flexibility to cancel service without penalty. However, it is important to understand the activation/reactivation process and LandAirSea’s billing procedures.
Data Plan Cost
**Data Plan for 3-second and 5-second updates is not available for the SilverCloud SYNC
Activation Fee: a $29.95 activation fee and the balance of the current monthly service will be charged.
- Example: If you are activating your device on the 15th of the month, you will be charged 50% of the monthly service fee
The billing/operational cycle is from the first day until the last day of each month. If a customer desires to cancel service, this cancellation must be provided to LandAirSea in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the last day of the month. If this cancellation is not received by this time, the cost for the entire upcoming month will be due.
NOTE: A reactivation fee of $29.95 is required to reactivate the data service for a device that has had service cancelled/deactivated.
For a device that's been cancelled/deactivated for over 6-months on Domestic plans and 3-months (90 days) on International plans, a reactivation fee of $39.95 will be required in order to resume tracking. Reactivation will require a new SIM card from LandAirSea, which may take up to 5 business days.
LandAirSea will pro-rate the balance of the first month of service once the online activation form is received. After the initial setup and/or pro-ration of the first month's service, billing periods will be from the first of every month, to the end of each month. By submitting the online activation form, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
