Our iPad Giveaway is Scheduled for May 29, 2012

The GPS Tracking Key, a pocket-sized, passive GPS logger, is able to record the precise GPS location every second, with an accuracy of 2.5 meters. The GPS Tracking Key, our bestselling vehicle tracking device to date, normally sells for $179.00.

Description of Contest:

All you have to do is take a brief moment to fill out the online form below to enter for your chance to win a New Apple iPad (16GB WiFi valued at $499.00). Participants are also required to like us on Facebook (facebook.com/gpstrackingsystem) and/or follow us on Twitter (@GPSTrack).

This promotion runs from April 24 - May 29, 2012.

A lucky winner will be selected on April 24th. The winner will be chosen at random from the list of entrants to receive a brand New Apple iPad.

The winner will be announce on LandAirSea's Facebook Page and on Twitter (please read Contest Rules below for details).

Participants must agree to abide by the official contest rules if you are selected as a winner. LandAirSea Systems, Inc., however, will not ship the winning GPS Tracking Key outside the Continental U.S.

Contest Rules:

Entry into this Contest is free. There is no purchase necessary to enter, or to win.

Eligibility:

The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents over the age of eighteen (18). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, and dealers) who have, within the past six months, sold LandAirSea Systems products or performed other services, and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or participate. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.

Chances of Winning:

Chances of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Prize:

One New Apple iPad (16GB WiFi), valued at $499.00 will be awarded to a person chosen at random after the end of the contest on May 29th, 2012.

Notification:

The winner will be announced on our Facebook and Twitter pages and notified by email. Contest results will be posted on our Website, Facebook and Twitter pages no later than May 31st, 2012.

Disqualification of Entries; Substitution of Winner for Non-compliance:

Entries may be disqualified for failure to comply with these Rules.

Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall LandAirSea, Systems Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, or inability to use, the awarded prize.

Release:

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to release LandAirSea Systems, each of the respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of LandAirSea Systems, as well as each of the respective successors, representatives and assigns of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest.

By accepting the Tracking Key and iPad prize, the winner agrees to release LandAirSea Systems, each of the respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of LandAirSea Systems, as well as each of the respective successors, representatives and assigns of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from acceptance or use of the prize.

Reservation of Rights:

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest in the event that this Contest is not capable of being conducted or completed as planned for any reason. If the Contest is cancelled or terminated, notification will be posted on Facebook. In the event that an individual attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, the Sponsor, in addition to disqualifying such a person from participating in this Contest, reserves the right to seek damages and all other available remedies (whether at law or in equity) against him/her.
